An organization created in the pre-Skylord Era by Mortelle Littner of the Clyne Faction. It was later promoted to and assigned as the nationwide law enforcement agency of Willowscent by the Arbiter Flandre Scarlet. Renya Scorne of the Clyne Faction was promoted as it's first Director-in-Chief and she served the position until her untimely death by Alexander Raye.
In the modern era, the Amber Knights still run the law enforcement force of Willowscent but it's head organization, the Clyne Faction has fallen out of public grace and have been forced into the shadows. Most of the upper bureaucrats no longer remember the connection between the Amber Knights and the Clyne Faction, for the truth has been clouded in many rumors.
