The Eleventh ECHO Arms Division, also known as the Eleventh ECHO Fleet and the ECHO Night Owls Division, was an ECHO fleet force within the Estellion Sky Empire admiralty during the Admiral's War. Its leading commander was Admiral Maren Dalton. The division had repeated success for the first few years of its operation but nearing the end suffered repeated losses which resulted in the court martial and dismissal of Admiral Dalton and the appointment of Admiral Regina Singleton.
When the Tenth ECHO Arms Division Commander Mikael Hanks was promoted to Senior Admiral, Regina Singleton is moved to the Tenth Division and Heather P. Brown is assigned to take over her position.
